With over 20 years of experience at the executive level in both the credit union and government sectors, I have had the privilege of guiding corporate organizations in shaping their direction and strategies. I served as the corporate secretary and a member of the George Reed Foundation Board of Directors from 1996 to 2016.
Transformation
Consultant: Health Care
From 2020 to 2026, I was instrumental in the transformation of Manitoba's healthcare system as a senior business analyst and project coordinator for several data projects on health workforce metrics. My responsibilities encompassed project management and coordination for initiatives including the HHR Data Project, Workforce Planning, Shadow Billing, and Supply Chain.

I view communications through the lens of a journalist. My curiosity drives me to uncover information that leads to compelling writing. While I may guide the process with my pen—or keyboard—it's the content that comes first. I have a genuine interest in people and value their perspectives and experiences. As a former journalist, I have a passion for integrity and quality and take pride in having received several accolades, including Awards of Excellence in Annual Reporting and the Auditor General Award for Corporate Planning and Reporting during my tenure at the FCC.
